Bread
Use your favorite recipe for any kind of bread. Mix up the dough, and let it raise once, (if that is what your recipe calls for), and then after pushing it down the first time, you then put it in a 46 ounce juice can that has been greased. (I use Pam) Fill the can about half full and put in a pot of warm water. about 2/3 up the can. I put two cans in the pan at the same time to get two loaves of bread. Put the lid on the pan and bring the water to a boil and boil for
10 minutes. Put immediately into the Wonder-Oven and “bake” for 2 hours. It comes easily out of the cans, and are nice rounded loaves, about the size of a hamburger bun. They have no crust, but are the same texture as regular bread. If you don’t have a can, you can use the bag inside a cereal box. or baking bag, and make sure the bag opening is outside the pan lid, so no water will get inside. However, the bread will not be nicely formed, will be a sort of a blob. I like the can method much better. Can also use “soup cans” to make smaller ones and for muffin mix.
