  • Beans, lentils or peas (optional)
  • Vegetables (optional)

Fry meat on a skillet, add onions and fat for frying.

Sprinkle a little flour and seasoning (what ever you usually cook with).  Add Soaked Beans, lentils or peas.  You could also add vegetables (you’ll want to wash and cut these into smaller pieces).   If you want to make a soup Increase you amount of water, vegetable or tomato puree.  Once it is at a boil, put it in the Eco Wonder-Oven for 4-5 hours.
