Rice

Rice

  • 2 Cups of Brown or White Rice
  • 3 1/2 cups of water (4 cups for Brown Rice)
  • Salt to taste

Bring the water to a boil and add a pinch of salt, put the rice in water and boil for 10 minutes.  Be sure and use a pot as close to the same size as your portions.  The smaller the amount of air between the food and the lid, the better it will cook.  Leave in the Eco Wonder-Oven for 40 minutes or until you are ready to eat it.
